The phone varification was a horrible experience with terrible phone that was very difficult to hear and lousy officer from the headquarters and taking 1 or 2 weeks to change phone number for credit cards. Terrible service and can't believe BBL has such a terrible service. Unbelievable. The staff at the bank was ok. The whole set up at this branch is horrible.
