Bangkok Bank

While I was in that area to conduct some other business, I decided to apply for a Credit Card as I already have a saving account with Bangkok Bank for a while. That was on 4th February 2021. The process of the application for Credit Card took some time (approx. 2 Hours) where I was asked to open a new account and deposit a minimum of THB20,000 to be frozen and after that, sign loads of documents. When all was done, I was told the process would take up to 1 month to get the Credit Card. At all times, staff were very friendly and helpful and organized. The Bank is small but efficient and clean. On 22 February 2021 (after 18 days), the bank called me and asked to go back and sign one more paper which I did the following day. On my request to the bank staff if the waiting period would start from this day, the answer was it would only take TWO weeks. Until the time this remark was written, I have not received my Credit Card, nor an answer to why it is taking long time despite my many attempts to call the branch, Bangkok Bank Customer Support, and Bangkok Bank Credit Card Customer Support. The Bank Branch & Bank Customer Support keep referring me to the Credit Card. Credit Card kept telling they will check and get back to me which they never did. The only reply I received from Credit Card Customer Support 29 March 2021 was to my email saying I should be contacted by Bank Branch as they have returned my application to them on 5 March 2021. On 30 March 2021, I called the Bank Branch again to tell them of the details I received from Credit Card Customer Support regarding my application, and same as before, they took my details and said they will check and get back to me. I am still waiting for a call back and doubt that I will get it. Can someone please advi_e me of what to do?
